Our Programmes
Dreamers Exchange Festival
Annually, we host our flagship event the Dreamers Exchange Festival. This event has two parts:
a) Dreamers Exchange Career Entrepreneurship Expo (Dreamer’s Carnival)
b) Dreamers Exchange Creative Masterclasses
Dreams Alive Club hosts the Dreamers Exchange Festival, segmented into events that allow our target groups to interact with local and international industry experts and influential role models. This initiative is designed to form partnerships with knowledgeable, experienced, and successful industry specialists, providing a rich, interactive, and practical learning platform that facilitates effective skills exchange and capacity building.
Since its inception, Dreams Alive Club has partnered with and hosted over 25 local experts and 13 renowned international personalities, including Hollywood celebrities, who have presented themselves as positive mentors and traveled to Botswana to participate as Guest Speakers at our Dreams Alive Exchange events.

The Festival Events
Dreamers Exchange Career Expo: The Dreamers Exchange Career Entrepreneurship Expo is a unique opportunity for students and youth to explore various careers and entrepreneurship opportunities. Through specially selected speakers and panelists, attendees have an opportunity to hear from industry experts and receive valuable information about possible career paths in all spheres of influence. It is an amalgamation of pools of talent, top professionals, companies, and institutions that provide the necessary information, all under one comprehensive and interactive event. This empowers students and youth to “Dream Big” and make informed decisions about their future.
One of our key focuses through the Dreamers Exchange Career Expo is to extend our reach to encompass a higher attendance of female learners (approximately 75% female learners) and 25% male learners, in order to address the gender inequality gap and foster a gender balance in many of the career streams and industry sectors represented at the event.
Dreamers Exchange Creative Masterclasses: The Dreamers Exchange Creative Masterclass presents an opportunity to upskill creative professionals, artists, performers, and content producers in Botswana by providing practical and technical industry insights from established and world-acclaimed professionals in the arts and entertainment sector. A combination of local, regional, and international creative industry leaders are invited to facilitate valuable impartations from their own key learnings and experiences to our local Botswana creatives.
The Festival Follow-Up Programmes: To have a lasting impact on participants, the festival has introduced follow-up programmes such as the Dreamers Exchange Community Career Hubs and a series of Content Creators Filmmakers Workshops. These programmes run periodically for several months throughout the year following the festival.
