Who We Are

Dreams Alive Club is a Botswana-based non-profit organization, founded in 2015, that hosts periodic, extra-curricular mentoring and empowerment programmes for adolescents, youth, young adults, and creative industry professionals across Botswana. Dreams Alive Club offers a range of programmes, including career coaching, leadership development, and life skills workshops. Some of the programmes specifically focus on reaching hard-to-reach, out-of-school, underprivileged, orphaned, and vulnerable youth. Others are targeted towards specific groups such as adolescent girls and young women, addressing Comprehensive Public Health and Sexuality Education (including Sexual Reproductive Health with a focus on HIV/AIDS prevention).

Furthermore, Dreams Alive Club has established itself a key player in Botswana’s creative industry. As a leader in capacity building and practical skills development within Botswana’s creative industry, Dreams Alive Club annually organizes events, workshops, and masterclasses featuring influential professionals from the Creative industry. These platforms serve as avenues for idea exchange and practical mentorship for Batswana creatives, offering practical skills and inspiration to local filmmakers, content producers, performers, and artists.
